These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the Arabian Bloom website. By selecting the “I Accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy” checkbox, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms, our Privacy Statement, and other policies that may be updated from time to time. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between us. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.
By agreeing to the terms, you also consent to receive communications regarding registration, order status, and marketing materials from Arabian Bloom and its associated sites.
Delivery Time
- For February 13th, 14th, and 15th, delivery will occur between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM due to high Valentine’s Day demand. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
- Delivery times may vary depending on our personnel’s schedule. However, morning or afternoon delivery may be arranged in some cases. Customers will be notified during the purchase process if applicable.
- Free Shipping is not available for Ras Al Khaimah, Al Ain, Umm Al Quwain, or midnight deliveries.

Orders Outside the UAE
Unless stated otherwise, all materials and products on this website are intended for delivery within the UAE. Customers accessing the website from outside the UAE are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations.
Products and Availability
- Colors, Specifications, and Dimensions: We strive to represent product colors, specifications, and dimensions accurately. However, colors may vary due to screen settings. Bouquets and arrangements are subject to seasonal availability.
- Substitution Policy: If an item is unavailable, we may offer a suitable replacement or provide a refund. In the case of bouquets, substitutions of equal or greater value may be made without prior notice if we are unable to contact you.
Placing an Order
When placing an order:
- You must be 18 years or older.
- Orders are confirmed via an “Order Confirmation Email.” This email represents our acceptance of your order and forms the contract between us.
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in AED. Pricing for international orders is subject to currency fluctuations and your financial institution’s policies.
- Payment can be made via credit/debit card or Western Union. Please avoid sending payment details via email for security reasons.
Delivery Terms
- Deliveries occur seven days a week. If items cannot be delivered within the specified timeframe, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
- Once delivered, responsibility for the items (including loss or damage) is transferred to the customer. Customers are required to sign upon receipt to confirm goods were delivered in good condition.
Cancellations and Returns
- Orders can be canceled up to one day before delivery. Same-day orders cannot be canceled.
- If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact Customer Service for assistance. Refunds or replacements will be provided as necessary.
Account Management
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account details. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Account updates can be managed via the “My Account” section of our website.
Privacy and Communications
Personal information collected during the ordering process will be used as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Customers consent to receive email communications regarding orders and promotional offers.
Liability
We are not liable for:
- Losses resulting from events beyond our reasonable control.
- Business losses, such as lost profits or contracts.
- Any indirect or unforeseeable damages.
Our maximum liability will not exceed the total order value, except in cases of personal injury or death caused by negligence.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions, our website, and associated policies at any time. Changes will apply to new orders and, where required by law, to existing orders.
