Delivery Policy

At Arabian Bloom, we strive to provide a seamless delivery experience. Please review our delivery policies to understand the terms and conditions that apply to your order.


Delivery Time

Arabian Bloom cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Delivery schedules depend on the availability of our delivery personnel. In some cases, morning or afternoon deliveries can be guaranteed, and you will be notified during the checkout process if this applies.
Note: Free shipping is not available for Ras Al Khaimah, Al Ain, Umm Al Quwain, or midnight deliveries.


Late Deliveries

  • Our Responsibility: If we fail to deliver your order on the selected date due to circumstances within our control, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Outside Our Control: No refunds will be issued if delivery fails due to incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or similar issues. We will leave a note requesting the recipient to contact us for rescheduling. If necessary, we will also reach out to you for further assistance.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Accurate delivery information is essential for timely service. You may update delivery details up to two business days before the scheduled date.

  • If incorrect details are provided, Arabian Bloom is not liable for failed deliveries or refunds.
  • Our team will attempt to contact you to resolve incorrect delivery issues, but no guarantee of success is implied.

Undeliverable Locations

Deliveries to hospitals, hotels, or corporate addresses may be subject to facility-specific policies and are not guaranteed.

  • Provide all necessary details, such as recipient ward, room number, and contact number, for hospital deliveries.
  • Many hospitals prohibit deliveries to individual rooms or ICUs. Please confirm their policies before placing your order.
  • Refunds cannot be issued for failed deliveries in these cases.

Refused Deliveries

If a recipient refuses the delivery, no refund will be provided.


Products and Images

  • Products include only the items explicitly mentioned in the description. Vases and other props are for display purposes unless stated otherwise.
  • Product photos represent the medium size of bouquets. Variations may occur as per our Substitution Policy.

Refund Requests and Claims

To request a refund for an unsatisfactory order:

  1. Submit your claim within two business days of delivery.
  2. Provide a digital photo of the delivered product if requested for quality assurance.

Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days.


Order Changes

Changes to your order are permitted if requested at least two business days before the delivery date. Please contact our customer service team at info@arabianbloom.com.


Payment Processing Issues

If you provide invalid payment details, Arabian Bloom will attempt to contact you. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information.


Quality Policy

Each flower arrangement is handcrafted and unique. While variations may occur, Arabian Bloom guarantees the concept, quality, and value of your selected product.


Currency

All orders are charged in AED. Prices in other currencies are approximations and subject to daily adjustments. Currency conversion fees or discrepancies are the responsibility of your financial institution.


Cancellations

  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least two business days before the scheduled delivery.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than one business day before delivery.

Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place duplicate orders and notify us promptly, a full refund will be issued for the duplicate, provided the item has not been prepared or delivered.


Substitution Policy

  • In the event of unavailable items, local florists may substitute with products of equal or greater value.
  • Roses will never be replaced with other flowers without prior confirmation.
  • For unavailable add-on items, their value will be added to the bouquet’s worth, creating a larger arrangement.
